Q- I am not seeing well with my new doctor’s prescription?
A- All doctor prescription changes will be remade at no charge within a six month period of your original order date
 
Q- I change my mind and would like a different frame that happens to be of equal value?
A- We offer you a one time courtesy restyle as long as the frame being exchanged is in perfect original condition and brought in within one week of your original pick-up date (certain restrictions may apply)
 
Q- I change my mind and would like a different frame that happens to be of greater value?
A- We will charge you for the price difference in the upgrade. The frame being exchanged must be in perfect original condition. This is a one time offer (certain restrictions may apply)
 
Q- If I accidentally break my frame?
A- We will order you a new frame at a special discounted rate to help you with your mishap.
 
Q- What if I accidentally scratch my lenses?
A- We will order you new lenses at a special discounted rate to help you with your mishap.
 
Q- If I lose my eyewear?
A- We will provide you with a 20% discount on your new replacement pair within a year of your original pick-up date.
 
Q- I decide to cancel my order?
A- All eyewear are made to specification and therefore are non-refundable. However, if you cancel on the same day and the order has not been started, we will honor your refund. If your order has been started, a store credit can be held for you to use at a later date or transferred to a family member or friend.
 
Q- If I only need a certain frame part replaced?
A- If the replacement part is available we will charge you accordingly for the value of the specific part. Please note that some manufacturers may not offer replacement part(s) and only sold in pairs (example: temple legs). We will provide you with a 20% discount on the replacement part.
 
Q- What if a simple replacement part such as a nose pad is needed?
A- We will gladly replace that part as a courtesy!
 
Q- I accidentally bend my frame and needs readjustment?
A- We will evaluate the extent of it and advise you accordingly. In some cases a simple adjustment can be the solution.
 
Q- I need my frame adjusted from time to time?
A- There is never a charge for an adjustment made on a frame you purchased from us.
